About The Hand & Flowers
The Hand & Flowers pub, located in the beautiful Georgian town of Marlow, serves award winning food in warm and welcoming surroundings. The menu combines unpretentious modern British flavours as well as rustic French dishes on a menu which features the best available seasonal ingredients. A Set Lunch Menu is available at lunchtimes (not on Sundays) alongside the à la carte menu and on Sundays we offer roast beef and Yorkshire Pudding.
The Hand and Flowers was opened in March 2005 by Tom and Beth Kerridge. Tom’s cooking has risen to new heights. His dishes are sophisticated yet familiar, and are a perfect match for the relaxed surroundings of his charming pub
In less than a year they gained themselves one Michelin Star, 6/10 and Buckinghamshire Newcomer of the Year in The Good Food Guide, 3 AA Rosettes and one Egon Ronay Star.
In 2012, Michelin Guide for UK and Ireland, the Hand and Flowers is the first pub to have been awarded 2 Michelin Stars. Tom was previously head chef at Adlards in Norwich (one Michelin star), and senior sous chef at Monsieur Max in Hampton (which also had one Michelin star). Before then, Tom cooked at London restaurants including Odettes, Rhodes in the Square, Stephen Bull and The Capital.
We have four stunning cottage suites just yards from the pub. Unique luxurious rooms that have a wonderful and sumptious style. Huge beds, vast baths, hot tubs and rain showers.
